1. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, and digital assets available on this website (including but not limited to text, font software, custom graphics, proprietary brand logos, icons, photographic images, video clips, layout designs, look-and-feel, product descriptions, interface elements, and trade dress) are the exclusive property of 
Machinesso Studio (www.machinesso.com) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
2. PROTECTION OF CUSTOM AND PROTOTYPE DESIGNS
As a premium custom studio, all blueprints, 3D renderings, structural layouts, artistic patterns, and bespoke concepts generated during the customization and manufacturing workflow are intellectual properties owned solely by 
Machinesso Studio.
The purchase of a customized product grants the customer the right to own and utilize the physical item for personal use only.
It does NOT transfer any underlying intellectual property rights, design copyrights, or commercial replication rights to the customer or any third party, unless expressly agreed upon in a separate, legally binding written contract executed by an authorized representative of Machinesso Studio.
3. LIMITED LICENSE AND PROHIBITED ACTIONS
Machinesso Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and browse this website strictly for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions:
Image and Data Scraping: Utilizing automated spiders, web crawlers, scrapers, or any manual process to copy, extract, harvest, or download product images, pricing strategies, or text descriptions for competing commercial use or dropshipping listings.
Trademark Infringement: Using the registered or unregistered trademark "Machinesso Studio", our logos, or any confusingly similar variations in your domain names, social media handles, metatags, hidden text, or keyword advertising (such as Google Ads).
Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble, or copy the internal mechanisms, crafting techniques, or physical design properties of our customized machines and items for mass reproduction.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION (DMCA)
Machinesso Studio deeply respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe in good faith that any content hosted on our website infringes upon a valid copyright or trademark owned or controlled by you, please submit a formal written notice to our legal department at 
support@machinesso.com containing the following details:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
The specific URL(s) on our site containing the allegedly infringing material.
Your complete contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
5. LAW ENFORCEMENT, TAKEDOWNS, AND REMEDIES
We actively monitor international e-commerce marketplaces (including but not limited to Shopify, Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, and social media platforms) for intellectual property violations.
In the event of any unauthorized use or piracy of our Proprietary Content, Machinesso Studio will immediately initiate:
Formal DMCA takedown requests to hosting providers and search engines.
Reporting and freezing of offending merchant accounts through payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, credit card processors).
Judicial legal actions within the competent legal jurisdiction to seek statutory damages, injunctive relief, confiscation of illegal profits, and full recovery of reasonable attorneys' fees.
