Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to numerous customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with an efficient and reliable shopping experience.

Order Processing & Shipping Times All orders will begin processing after payment confirmation.

  • Total Production & Shipping Time for Custom Items: Approximately 90–100 calendar days.

  • Regular Items Order Processing Time: 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping Time: 14–30 calendar days.

  • Shipping Methods: Ocean Shipping or Air Shipping (the shipping method can be chosen by the customer).

Custom Item Shipping Notice Once your custom item is completed, we will calculate the final shipping cost based on product dimensions, weight, destination, and your preferred shipping method. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible after the shipping balance payment is received. Customers must complete the shipping balance payment within 14 calendar days after receiving the shipping fee notification. Any warehousing fees, logistics adjustment costs, or other related expenses incurred due to overdue payment shall be borne solely by the consumer.

Shipment Notification Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipment notification and logistics tracking information via email.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes International shipping may incur import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or other customs clearance fees. Unless otherwise stated, such fees shall be borne by the recipient in accordance with local customs regulations.

Address Requirements Our shipping services cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO). Please ensure you provide an accurate and complete shipping address, recipient name, and contact phone number. The consumer shall bear the corresponding responsibility for any delivery failures, returns, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or inability to contact the recipient. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be modified.

Partial Shipments If an order contains multiple items, we may ship them in multiple packages based on inventory or logistical arrangements. Therefore, you may receive your items at different times.

Logistical Delays Estimated shipping times are for reference only. Actual delivery times may be delayed due to customs clearance, peak logistics seasons, weather conditions, flight or vessel schedule adjustments, local delivery arrangements, and other force majeure factors. For shipping delays beyond our reasonable control, we will actively assist you in communicating with the logistics carrier and tracking the shipment's progress, but we assume no liability for such delays.

Logistics Inquiry If your logistics information has not been updated for an extended period, or if you encounter any issues during shipping, please contact us promptly, and we will assist you in inquiring about the shipment status with the logistics carrier.
