1. Bespoke Customization & Delivery Timeline (Lead Time)

• Bespoke Craftsmanship: This product is a premium, fully customized item. Once your custom build order is confirmed and paid, the factory will immediately enter the material preparation phase and a non-reversible customization workflow.

• Delivery Timeline: The current estimated production and hand-assembly cycle is [90 calendar days] from the date of payment. During this period, our team will regularly post progress photos or videos of your machine's assembly process on our official website or Discord channel.

• Cancellation Policy: Due to the unique nature of customized goods and their exclusivity, which prevents secondary resale, all orders are final once production begins. We do not accept any requests for order cancellations, modifications to customization plans, or midway refund applications under any circumstances.

2. Two-Stage Payment Mode: Shipping Balance and Related Fees Required Prior to Dispatch

• Pricing Disclaimer: The product price displayed on this page solely covers the custom manufacturing and assembly costs of the espresso machine. It does NOT include final international shipping and logistics fees.

• Shipping Fee Calculation: Upon the complete manufacturing and thorough testing of your machine, our logistics team will calculate the precise shipping cost based on your exact delivery address and real-time international freight rates.

• Dispatch & Timing: The official invoice for the shipping balance will be sent to your registered email address. Your bespoke machine will only be packaged and dispatched after the shipping balance is paid in full.

• Note: Customers must complete the shipping balance payment within 14 calendar days after receiving our official notification. Any warehousing fees arising from overdue payments shall be solely borne by the consumer. Orders that remain unpaid for more than 30 calendar days will be deemed automatically abandoned; the product will be handled and disposed of in accordance with our Terms of Service, and all previous payments made will be strictly non-refundable.

3. Import Duties & Customs Clearance Responsibility Statement

• Buyer’s Customs Obligation: As the importer of record, the buyer is fully and independently responsible for all import customs clearance fees, local value-added taxes (VAT), import duties, and any potential logistics agency clearance service fees imposed by the destination country/region's customs authority.

• Liability Disclaimer: Machinesso Studio cannot predict and has no authority over the customs tax rates of any country. If customs seizures, logistics delays, or forced package returns occur due to the buyer's refusal to pay local import taxes, all resulting losses and liabilities shall be borne solely by the buyer.
